“The best way out is always through.” - Robert Frost

Helping you find your purpose is my passion.

Like many who find themselves in the teaching space, my journey began as an effort to find my own path out of the wilderness. Along my journey, I was fortunate enough to encounter other wise souls who provided me with the gifts I needed to find my way. I am not an expert. I am a fellow traveler who wants to share what I’ve learned in the hopes it will help you shine a light by which you can find your purpose. The Buddha taught that there are 84,000 doors to enlightenment. There is no one way to success, happiness, or peace. While the human experience is marked by many common needs, the path we take is our own. But that doesn’t mean we need to walk it alone. Thank you for sharing your one journey with me. — Christina

  • Coaching

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation, and graduate of American University’s ICF-certified Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance. • Yoga

I am a RYT-200 yoga teacher specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin styles of yoga. I completed my training with Yoga District in Washington, D.C. and am a member of Yoga Alliance. • Meditation

I am in the 2023 cohort of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s Mindfulness Mediation Teacher Training Certification Program and have completed mindfulness training with Search Inside Yourself.
